Developer Downing has unveiled six new luxury apartments in the heart of Liverpool’s city centre.

Downing has transformed the first floor of its Eden Square West development, on Hatton Garden, into a mixture of one- and two-bedroom units.

The redevelopment is being led by Bay Downing, son of the company’s founder and owner George Downing.

Bay is continuing his father’s legacy at Eden Square, which Downing built in 2008 as part of a £15.7m development, including the construction of the deepest underground car park in Liverpool city centre.
