St Modwen signs second round of lettings at Chamberhall Business Park

St Modwen Industrial & Logistics has signed deals with two leading brands at its site in Bury, following the completion of the first phase of development which delivered 130,000 sq ft of warehouse space across 14 new units.

Retail convenient and promotion specialists, Spot Promotions, has signed on 11,000 sq ft of warehouse space, while fabrics importer, Premier Textiles, has taken 15,000 sq ft.

Chamberhall Business Park is already home to major local occupiers, including JD Sports, TNT and Polyfloor, that all have access to additional benefits, including reduced water bills and reduced business rates bills and warehouse units that can be tailored to individual needs, ranging in size from 2,500 sq ft to 55,000 sq ft.

The business park is strategically located just North West of Bury town centre and can be accessed via the A56. Chamberhall Business Park supports the ‘Bury but Better’ Vision and Development strategy and will create up to 400 jobs on site.
