Developer announces £15m residential scheme for Liverpool city centre

Knight Knox launches new residential scheme in Liverpool

Knight Knox has launched a new buy-to-let property investment opportunity in the centre of Liverpool.

Park View will be delivered by property developer Sinergy Group and has a build value of £15m.

Park View is located in the L3 postcode district in Liverpool city centre, less than a mile away from key landmarks such as Liverpool Lime Street Station, Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Liverpool.

The development is set to consist of 250 high-quality, residential studio apartments, with tenants able to benefit from a list of amenities including secure bike storage, a convenience store, a reception and a concierge area.

The development will be Manchester-based Knight Knox’s 107th project and joins an impressive portfolio of previous projects in Liverpool, including Natex, Silkhouse Court and X1 Liverpool One.

Commercial director at Knight Knox, Andy Phillips, said: “Liverpool is one of the most popular property investment locations in the UK, and it’s clear to see why.

“The city is home to a young and growing population who are looking for high quality rental accommodation.

“There is definitely a need for stronger rental stock in the area, and we hope that Park View can address this issue and provide the high-quality homes for people looking to move into the area.”

He added: “The Liverpool economy is thriving, and with such a progressive population of professionals, demand for rental properties aimed at this demographic is anticipated to remain strong, making it a compelling location for buy-to-let investment”.

Sinergy Group will act as the developer for Park View and Xenia Estates will undertake the lettings and management.

Planning permission has already been granted, and construction for Park View is set to commence in the first quarter of 2021. Apartments are available from £85,000.
