Housebuilder marks final chapter after securing land deal

Taylor Wimpey North West has completed the purchase of the final parcel of land to complete the Willowbrook Grange development in Shavington, Crewe.

Situated at the North East corner of the existing site and bordered by the B5071 Jack Mills Way and Crewe Road, the final chapter of the scheme will include 42 properties, including two-to-four-bedroom homes and apartments.

The development is situated just two miles from Crewe and Nantwich is a 10-minute car journey away.

Once the new section of the site is brought forward, Willowbrook Grange will comprise a total of 370 new homes.
