International real estate advisor Savills has been appointed as joint letting agent at 310 Europa Boulevard in Warrington, working alongside BE Group.

The instruction follows a major refurbishment of the reception area and ground floor of the scheme to create high-quality office accommodation.

The ground floor has been refurbished to provide an exposed services specification including new LED pendant lighting and air conditioning system.

Availability currently ranges from 2,185 sq ft to 14,194 sq ft.
