Trio of new occupiers at Eden Point office scheme

Bridge Properties has announced three new office occupiers at Eden Point in South Manchester.

Housing Association provider, Johnnie Johnson Housing, has taken 3,122 sq ft on a five-year lease and will see Eden Point become the base for its new regional innovation hub.

Lowry Capital has taken 2,330 sq ft on a five-year lease and Solid Bond Solutions has let 542 sq ft on a three-year lease.

Emma Midgley, head of transformation and communications at Johnnie Johnson Housing, said: “We have always had ambitions of creating a more flexible environment for our colleagues, and Eden Point provides the ideal space and location for that.

Prominently situated on the A34, the 38,000 sq ft high-quality office scheme now provides design-led accommodation over four floors and is home to a number of organisations including Entertainment Today, White Rose Sports Ventures, JTRS, NFON, BeClear Orthodontics, Camlee Group, Afin Technologies, Action 365 and The John Greening Partnership.

James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, joint agents for the scheme with Williams Sillitoe, said: “Since March we have successfully retained occupiers and attracted more, with many potential occupiers looking for more flexible, agile working environment and, above all, a place where their employees want to work.”
