Two new tenants signed up for city centre Grade A office space

Helical, represented jointly by Savills and Edwards & Co, has completed two new lettings at Grade A office scheme Trinity, in Manchester city centre.
Accountancy firm Saffrey Champness has agreed to take 4,176 sq ft on a 10-year lease, with regional debt fund, Tosca Debt Capital acquiring 2,690 sq ft on a five-year lease.
Discussions on the remaining space at Trinity are under way, with a further deal expected to be confirmed in the near future.
In addition to the office lettings, coffee shop operator 92°, has recently acquired the ground floor retail space, providing further amenity in the building creating modern collaboration space which flows into the main reception.
Located in Manchester’s central business district between the traditional city core and Spinningfields, Trinity has recently undergone a major £6m refurb to provide a total of 59,000 sq ft of prime office space.
Daniel Barnes, office agency associate director at Savills, said: “This string of lettings at Trinity is testament to the exceptional quality of workspace available in the building.
“This location has noticeably improved over the last 18 months with the surrounding developments now coming to fruition.
“We’re continuing to see good interest in the scheme, in spite of the wider economic challenges, and look forward to announcing further deals soon.”
