Pure Offices has unveiled its new £2m state-of-the-art office refurbishment in Warrington as business transition back to the office.

The company acquired Lakeview on Centre Park Business Park in September 2019 and has since undertaken extensive redevelopment of the 30,000 sq ft space.

It is the latest in a string of acquisitions for Pure Offices which also owns and manages over 20 locations across the UK.

Following the extensive renovations, the building now includes 43 serviced offices of varying sizes suitable from one to 50 people, as well as business lounges and meeting rooms.

The state-of-the-art offices also boasts air conditioning, onsite parking, 24/7 access, superfast broadband and an expansive outdoor courtyard.

They have been showcased to potential residents this week for the first time and 10 per cent have already been reserved, ahead of the official opening date of April 15.

The refurbishment was completed by Estilo Interiors and has been designed with wellbeing of occupiers in mind as employees head back to offices post-pandemic.

The offices have plenty of natural light, access to the lake, shower and cycle facilities plus a variety of lounges and break out spaces to meet, relax and work, away from the office.

External improvements to the building have also been completed to a high standard including the courtyard overlooking the lake.

Sophie Dutton, Business Centre Manager, at Pure Offices said: “Warrington is a thriving hub in the North West region with an ever-growing business community.

“This site is ideally positioned for businesses to take advantage of the stunning views and excellent transport links to other major cities.

“Our offices have been designed to help businesses transition back into office working, providing flexible, affordable workspaces that have been refurbished to an extremely high standard.

“The spaces are warm and welcoming, with plenty of natural light. Air conditioning comes as standard, as well as multiple lounges giving occupiers and their team a choice of areas to work from.”

Pure is also dedicated to supporting start-ups with their history of helping tenants move spaces quickly and painlessly as part of its ‘freedom to expand quickly’ ethos.

Katie Whell, operations director at Pure Offices, added: “We don’t choose to invest in any site, we are not ashamed to say we are picky when it comes to which properties become Pure Offices.

“Warrington’s location sold it to us, with over £22m being invested in the town over the coming years as part of the town investment plan, it was perfect timing for our next site to be here.

“Since we acquired the site, the world has changed a lot, however we have used this time to work extremely hard on revolutionising the building, its interior and its outside space.”
