Retail park now fully let following successful conclusion of two deals

Red Rose Retail Park

International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of DTZ Investors, has secured two new lettings at Red Rose Retail Park in Salford.

The park, which is home to a number of national trade counter operators, is now fully let.

Wholesale electrical distributor Rexel has secured a new 10,990 sq ft site at the scheme on a 10-year lease, while Toolstation has agreed a deal for a new 3,702 sq ft store, also for 10 years.

Strategically located on a main route in and out of Manchester city centre, Red Rose Retail Park is situated in a highly prominent position.

The immediate vicinity has attracted numerous retail and trade counter operators, including Screwfix, Dulux Decorator Centre, Selco and Topps Tiles with Sainsbury’s and Lok’nStore also nearby.

Billy Seddon, associate in the industrial team at Savills Manchester, said: “We’re delighted to have secured these two deals, which now takes the scheme to being fully let.

“The commitment from a further two high profile occupiers is testament to the strength of the scheme and its unrivalled location.”
