Consulting engineers agrees deal in Northern Quarter office relocation

Pictet and XLB Property have agreed a new letting to Cundall at Fourways on Hilton Street, in Manchester’s Northern Quarter district.

Fourways is a Grade II-listed former packing warehouse comprising 59,000 sq ft of office accommodation arranged over a basement, ground and five upper floors.

The space was recently fully refurbished and repurposed to provide character office accommodation with original timber floors, exposed brickwork walls, exposed soffits, and unique original features.

The building is currently home to a growing ecosystem of tech, fashion and creative companies amongst others. Fourways also benefits from an impressive full height atrium reception and provides its occupiers with a host of wellbeing initiatives including a dedicated shower and cycle hub and customer app which gives access to an array of benefits.

Cundall, a fast growing engineering consultancy currently located on Portland Street, has committed to a new lease on the second floor, taking 4,983 sq ft for office space. Cundall selected Fourways House after an extensive review of the Manchester property market and sees it as the perfect building to maintain its long-established presence in the city.
