Construction starts at Blackpool’s Hampton By Hilton Hotel extension

Create Developments has started construction on the £7m extension of the Hampton By Hilton Hotel in Blackpool.

The hotel, which has played an important role in supporting the regeneration of the South Shore, currently comprises of 130 bedrooms, a fitness room, a business work zone, reception area and restaurant/bar.

The extension will provide 74 additional bedrooms, a larger and more efficient kitchen & breakfast area, as well as flexible meeting & business spaces, which will all greatly increase the hotel’s capacity and efficiency.

The extension will help to satisfy the increasing demand from Hilton Honors guests, business visitors and tourists to the town and will also be able to support to the Blackpool Conference Centre and new Winter Gardens exhibition centre extension, which is due to host future Conservative Party forums.

Create Developments will be completing the extension project with their sister company, Create Construction, which will be providing the construction expertise.
