Logistics firm commits to 208,000 sq ft lease at Fraser Place

Savills, on behalf of Biffa, has sub-let a 208,000 sq ft warehouse facility to Kammac at Fraser Place.

The unit is located within Electric Park at Manchester’s Trafford Park industrial estate.

Kammac, a regional third-party logistics provider, completed the lease on the day of the expiry of the previous sub-lease to Bidvest, resulting in zero void period at the unit.

Situated within one of Europe’s largest industrial estates, Fraser Place is located at the Europa Gate roundabout in the heart of Trafford Park.

Existing nearby occupiers include L’Oreal, Associated British Foods, Adidas and Amazon as well as the national distribution centre for Kellogg’s.

Jonathan Atherton, industrial and logistics director at Savills Manchester, said: “To complete this sub-lease on the day of expiry shows how fast paced the industrial market is in the North West at the moment.

“Units such as Fraser Place, with quality warehousing and office facilities in a highly desirable location, remain in high demand and we expect this to continue well into next year.”
