Automotive finance lettings take Beech Court to capacity

Beech Court

Prime Property Consultancy has completed a pair of lettings at M60 Office Park to the car finance industry.

Kandoo Car Credit and Select Car Leasing have both taken five-year leases on suites at Beech Court, resulting in the 15,000 sq ft multi-tenanted building now being fully let.

The new tenants join existing occupiers BT Local Business, Kingsbury Holdings, 4 Medical Clinical Solutions and Amalgamated on the park, which is located just off junction 16 of the M60 motorway.

Mark Ferris, principal of Select Car Leasing Manchester, said: “I was impressed with the way the team at Prime Property handled the whole process and we are very much looking forward to growing our business in our new home at M60 Office Park and enjoying the onsite amenities.”

Kandoo Car Credit directors Phil Seymour and Sam Gratton said: “We are a growing and aspirational business, M60 Office Park ticked all the boxes for us. We are delighted with the natural light in our new suite at Beech Court and glad to have been able to secure the last available space in the building.”

Imran Younus, commercial director for Prime Property Consultancy, said: “We are delighted to welcome the latest occupiers to M60 Office Park who join a thriving business community in Beech Court, a building that has been heavily in demand.

“The new amenity hub, together with unrivalled on-site parking and landscaped parklands, is already encouraging companies back to the office post-COVID and our Office Park continues to go from strength to strength.

“We are experiencing a distinct upturn in interest and lettings recently as companies put into place their return to the office strategies meaning our occupancy levels have increased from 40% let pre-COVID to now over 70%.”

Only one remaining office building remains. Elm Court, a detached, self-contained HQ premises of 23,500 sq ft is now fully refurbished and immediately available providing floor plates of up to 7,500 sq ft.

Richard Wharton, of JLL, and Rob Yates of Cushman & Wakefield, are joint agents on the scheme.

Nadia McMahon-Wilson and Ray Smith of Kuits Solicitors acted for the landlord on the leases.

Prime recently let the whole of the 23,500 sq ft Maple Court building at M60 Office Park to fashion e-tailer In the Style, while it has also fully let its own headquarters building, Chichester House, with national charity Freedom from Torture taking the 5,000 sq ft ground floor.

In Liverpool, Prime has secured Pinnacle Housing to 5,686 sq ft at Aviation House.
