Recruitment firm boosts growing city centre presence with new office
A Bolton-based recruitment consultancy has expanded with a central Manchester office to reinforce its city centre presence, boost internal recruitment and continue its growth trajectory.
The new office, located just off Deansgate, will act as a secondary base to the Four Recruitment’s main headquarters, allowing the business to strengthen relationships in and around the city centre.
The company said 2021 was a record breaking year as it increased turnover by 72% and headcount by 45%. This second office will also support the company’s ongoing internal recruitment drive.
Co-founder and operations director, Phil Sofield, said “We already have a vast client base in Manchester and a city centre presence will allow us to strengthen and build on those relationships.
“We also recognise the wealth of talent that exists within Manchester and our new office will give us access to a larger talent pool, that would not have been available to us before.”
To support the launch of the new office, the company welcomes Danielle Nixon who will be leading the Manchester team as divisional manager, bringing with her more than 10 years’ recruitment experience.
Four will also be welcoming new additions to its administration team and business support division who will join the Manchester team this month.
Co-founder and managing director, Claire Sofield, said: “We are thrilled to be welcoming so many new faces to Four. The team we have in place are incredibly strong and will help us drive the growth plans we have over the next few years.
“We are embarking on a huge internal recruitment drive over the course of this year and are excited to expand and diversify our team in order to bring new skills and capabilities to the business.”
