Family-run estate agency invests £500k in its first office

A Stockport estate agency has invested more than £500,000 in its first office, with plans to grow the business by 50%.

Shrigley Rose & Co is opening its own office on Ravenoak Road, Cheadle Hulme.

The investment and upshift in the business, previously One Stop Property Solutions, marks the 10th anniversary since Craig and Sally Shrigley set up the firm.

Now, after several years in the planning, the family firm is now in its own premises with their name above the door.

The firm provides a concierge-style service, covering the complete selling and buying journey, focused on high value and unique homes in Cheadle Hulme, Bramhall, Wilmslow, Prestbury, Macclesfield, Alderley Edge and surrounding areas.

The Shrigley Rose team includes property stagers, brochure copywriters and experienced negotiators.
