Four lettings completed at refurbished Southport Business Park building

Southport Business Park has seen four new lettings in building 3, following a repositioning of the property and a £650,000 refurbishment.
The new tenants at the Wight Moss Way site, are Experian, Panpharma, Knights Security and Our Footprints.
They join existing tenant Paymentshield, which currently occupies the entire second floor of the three-storey 27,000 sq ft property.
A decision to reposition the building was made after the ground and first floors were vacated, with the aim of bringing a unique offering to the Southport office market and attracting early occupiers.
Following a comprehensive scheme of refurbishment, the property now offers contemporary, flexible and high quality office space with additional amenities including ultrafast broadband, a communal lounge, a large external decked terrace, secure cycle storage, shower facility and generous on-site parking.
