Flexible office provider fills expanded site with pre-lets
Flexible office space provider Huckletree has filled its new space in Manchester’s Express Building through pre-lettings.
It has agreed deals for 11,500 sq ft of space for its Huckletree Ancoats site within three months. Huckletree already operates 30,000 sq ft of coworking space at the Grade II-listed Express building, for high-growth technology companies including Depop and Musclefood.
Its new tenants will include business transformation specialists Valtech and social media disruptor Chatloop.
Gabriela Hersham, chief executive and co-founder at Huckletree, said: “What we’re seeing is a strong vote of confidence in what we offer, backed by the speed with which our extended offering at Huckletree Ancoats reached 100% pre-let and the household names we have attracted.
“Manchester’s fundamentals have always attracted us, and we look forward to continuing to be a member of its community, and investing further in the future.”
Huckletree currently operates in nine hubs across London, Dublin and Manchester, and is planning for strong growth in 2023.
