Glass company calls in administrators
A West Lancashire-based glass processing company has applied to the court to appoint administrators.
According to the last set of accounts filed at Companies House, Halsall Glass NW employs 23 people at Lathom, near Burscough.
The company website describes the business as “one of the premier innovative glass processing companies in the UK” and says the company supplies “everything from simple kitchen splash backs to complex UV bonded structures.”
Business advisors KBL confirmed they had been instructed but declined to comment any further “at this stage”.
