Robotics specialist signs up for space at Transmission in Enterprise City
Manchester-based robotic process automation (RPA) expert, Robiquity, is moving to Transmission, in Enterprise City, where it has taken 5,694 sq ft, with workspace advise specialist, Level, securing the deal.
Robiquity, which also has a global presence in London, North America and Cairo, is a market leader in Intelligent Automation (IA) and employs 110 people.

He added: “We’re committed to our team culture and the vibrant culture all 110 employees have created across all our sites.
“It is why we are delighted that Level got a deal for us to be housed in a great central Manchester space, over the line.”

Level, which solely represents tenants, has delivered a record month for office deals.
Virtus Talent has signed up for 1,500 sq ft at ABC Buildings, also in Enterprise City, Codurance has taken 18 desks at Bonded Warehouse while Gibson Hollyhomes has signed for a 20-desk premium suite at Department XYZ in Spinningfields.
Level founder, Joe Averill, said: “Manchester’s office market is extremely active at present.
“Before the new year came in, Level delivered a record month which also saw deals completed for Bruin Financial taking 10 desks at Bold and Accounts & Legal signing for 1,292 sq ft at Manchester Club with Bruntwood.”
He added: “It’s no secret that the quality of buildings is advancing at a rate of knots. Businesses are increasingly aware of the power of quality amenity towards the wider culture piece. A nice new office isn’t the sole answer to a strong culture but workspace certainly plays a key part.
