Safestyle UK, a manufacturer and installer of windows and doors, has agreed a pre-let deal to take up occupancy at Birchwood Park, expanding operations into new warehouse space.

B8 Real Estate and JLL were the agents acting for Birchwood Park.

Safestyle UK has been installing its equipment across England and Wales for more than 30 years.

It carries out thousands of installations each month and just last year reached a major milestone of installing windows or doors for more than one million customers.

Following an extensive search, Safestyle opted for Birchwood Park as its new Warrington branch, saying this was due to the modern, quality ample warehouse space, as well as the location in the centre of the North West offering Safestyle easy access to its customer base in the region.

Adam Pawson, marketing manager at Safestyle, said the deal will support with the delivery and installation of windows and doors across Warrington and the wider North West region.

“At Safestyle we’re dedicated to looking after our employee’s wellbeing, so it’s great to see the Park is aligned with us on supporting our staff, who I’m sure are eager to take advantage of the various facilities on site such as the Alive & Well Gym, as well as the food and drink options available in the EngineRooms.”

Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, said: “We’re thrilled to announce another industry-leader joining our park. Safestyle are a household name and a go-to for so many homeowners when purchasing new windows and doors.

“To have such a vibrant and inclusive business community here at Birchwood Park is testament to the work of our ‘Expect More’ ethos, meaning businesses should expect more from their workplace – be that through the best amenities, transport connections or a real community feel.”
