£10m investment boosts EV services for Radius Charge
Crewe-based global mobility and connectivity group, Radius, has made a £10m investment into its EV division, Radius Charge.
It comes as Radius recently acquired two EV solutions companies, EV Charging Solutions and EV Back Office and is nearing the completion of its new technology hub in Crewe. The funds are also being used to bolster the head count within the team as well as investment into charging hardware.
Radius is now well placed to support businesses with their EV transition and charging needs as they prioritise sustainability to meet government targets to end the sale of new petrol and diesel vehicles by 2030.
Radius Charge now offers an end-to-end EV solution for customers including:
- Assessing commercial fleet readiness for the EV switch
- Installing EV chargers
- EV leasing
- EV charge cards
- Supplying renewable energy and energy management
- Providing software to operate chargers
Radius CEO, Bill Holmes, said: “Our reason for being is to help customers navigate to a sustainable future and with this latest investment into EV charging and renewable energy, we are now able to help businesses make the transition to a greener fleet solution.
“Our Radius Charge division will provide customers with trusted help and advice to enable them to save money, run more efficiently and meet their sustainability targets.”
Having also recently become a member of the UN Global Compact Network UK, which works with other organisations to accelerate sustainability efforts and scale up impact, Radius said it continues to focus on being at the forefront of sustainable mobility.
