A £3.5m fit-out contract has been completed at the King Pins leisure site in Trafford Palazzo.

Ashton-under-Lyne-based Concept Construction handed over the 26,000 sq ft fit-out in time for the six week school holidays break.

Based next to Primark, the venue, which is the latest experiential leisure offering at Trafford Palazzo, comprises 10-pin bowling, ice-free curling, batting cages, table tennis, American pool, shuffle boards and duck pin lanes, offered by the Leeds-based Roxy Leisure Group.

A Roxy Group spokesperson said: “We worked closely with Jonathan and the team at Concept Construction on the new King Pins brand for Roxy Leisure.

“This was a large scale fit-out in the Trafford Palazzo shopping centre. The project came with its own challenges and, despite the difficult nature of some of these, the Concept team dealt with them.”

Concept Construction was founded in 2018 by managing director Jonathan Naylor.

The firm is also on site on seven casino refurbishment projects in London on behalf of Grosvenor Casinos, as well as the conversion of a former hotel into an assisted living scheme in Rochdale, and an industrial refurbishment scheme in Durham.

Acting as main contractor, the organisation undertakes fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors including commercial, experiential leisure, healthcare, education, industrial, retail and leisure.
