Arndale welcomes Dune London to city centre’s retail mix

Manchester Arndale has signed a five-year lease with Dune London, the renowned footwear and accessories brand.

Dune has committed to a 1,596 sq ft store, which takes the centre’s retail occupancy to more than 95%.

The brand offers a wide range of stylish and high quality footwear, from casual shoes to formal wear and an array of handbags, clutches, and leather goods.

It said its designs are contemporary and trendsetting, emphasising both fashion and comfort while catering for a wide range of tastes.

“Dune London’s arrival will cater to Manchester Arndale’s stylish clientele, and we’re delighted to welcome the brand to the centre.

“Our approach not only seeks to strengthen footfall but also drive demand for well-placed units, taking our retail occupancy close to 95%.
