Shortlist announced for inaugural North West PROPs Awards

More than 20 property organisations and professionals have been named as finalists in the upcoming Variety North West PROPs awards.

The winners of seven categories from Agent Of The Year to the Rising Star award will be announced during a special awards ceremony taking place at the Hilton Hotel Deansgate on November 30. 

The ceremony will offer the chance for the North West’s property professionals to celebrate the sector’s outstanding achievements and successes.

The evening will also include unique awards such as the Property for Purpose Award, which aims to showcase a project which is charity based in nature and is beneficial to its stakeholders.

Lyn Staunton, Development Director for Variety, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the official shortlist following a vigorous effort in identifying the best fit for each category. We received a diverse selection of entries for each category,  from different types of businesses to individuals with different backgrounds alike.

“We can’t wait to announce the winners on a night that promises to be one to remember in the awards’ inaugural year.”

Backing for the awards has already seen some of the biggest names in property offer their support. Kingmoor Park Properties and Together are headline sponsors and Downing have pledged to be the partnership sponsor. 

This event aims to celebrate the property industry and help fund more wheelchairs, Sunshine Coaches, days out and specialist equipment right here in the NW.
