Deal secured for acquisition of £1.8m Grade II-listed hall
The commercial property team at national law firm, Stephensons, has completed the acquisition of La Mancha Hall in Halsall, between Southport and Ormskirk, on behalf of its client, The Secret Garden Glamping.
The property, worth £1.8m, encompasses the Grade II-listed house, 10 acres of woodland and paddocks surrounding the property, and additional structures and outbuildings.
The Secret Garden Glamping owns ‘The Secret Garden Glamping’ site in Skelmersdale, which offers five-star rated glamping accommodation.
This acquisition marks an exciting chapter in its plans to grow the business further.
Derry Green, owner and director of The Secret Garden Glamping, recently appeared on the BBC’s Dragons’ Den programme, securing a £100,000 investment from entrepreneur, Deborah Meaden to help him realise his ambitious plans for the business.
