Alderley Edge-based property group, Vita Group, has sold two of its Vita Student residences in Barcelona, for an undisclosed sum.
The properties, offering a total of 624 beds, have been acquired by a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI).
Vita Student Pedralbes was Vita Group’s first development outside the UK, opening in September 2022.
The building has 274 studio apartments set within the university district of Barcelona. It boasts beautiful amenity with terraces, roof gardens, a pool, indoor and outdoor gyms along with co-working spaces, socialising spaces and MasterChef-style social kitchens.
