The final unit at Marlborough Close, in Knutsford, has been let to Outdoor Heaven on a new 10-year lease.
The deal has achieved a new headline rent for the property of £8.50 per sq ft.
Hot tub and swim spa retailer Outdoor Heaven has relocated from its previous base in Mobberley Road Knutsford.
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) Agency and Business Consultancy teams achieved the final letting of the 4,047 sq ft Unit B.
It follows an extensive refurbishment, conducted by LSH’s Business Consultancy team.
Marlborough Close is strategically located on the established Parkgate Industrial Estate and can be accessed via Haig Road.
With convenient access to junction 19 of the M6 motorway, approximately four miles away, and just 0.9 miles from Knutsford station, 1.6 miles from Mobberley station and 3.1 miles from Ashley station, the unit is ideally located, said LSH .
The property comprises a single-storey brick-built warehouse facility with internal ground and first floor offices.
Loading will be by a single electric roller shutter loading door on the front of the unit, the doors being 4.48m high by 4.43m wide.
