Recruitment group selects flagship city centre site as its new North West base

Staffing specialists, G2V Recruitment Group, has selected Royal London’s flagship 3 Hardman Square office building in Spinningfields, as its new Manchester base.
Working within the Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences and Government Sectors, G2V Recruitment Group operates from more than 25 offices across the UK, EU and US.
The move will see it expand from its existing premises at The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens within the city’s prime core to 12,300 sq ft on the part 3rd floor at 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, signing a new 10-year lease.
Royal London Asset Management Property has invested heavily into 3 Hardman Square to create an enhanced occupier experience including a two-tiered business lounge which provides occupiers with a range of meeting and social space.
The building also benefits from a state-of-the-art wellness hub which includes private shower blocks, changing facilities and secure cycle storage.
Located in the heart of Spinningfields, 3 Hardman Square also provides its occupiers with a range of retail and leisure amenities from M&S food halls to world-renowned restaurants such as The Ivy and Sexy Fish.
The 22-acre estate has also recently been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award, earning an international quality mark for parks and green spaces. This puts Spinningfields in iconic company, alongside the likes of the Gardens of Versailles and Hyde Park.
