Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to market the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport.

Located just off the M56 motorway and within a few minutes’ walking distance from the UK’s third-largest airport.

The hotel features 230 ensuite bedrooms, ranging from twin and family rooms to deluxe rooms and junior suites. There are also 11 extensive function and meeting room facilities to cater for corporate guests as well as private events, Mason’s Bar and Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there are also 24/7 fitness facilities for guests.

The hotel has a 260-space car park and the hotel offers a range of asset management opportunities.
