Civil engineering firm wins major contract as turnover heads to £50m target

Civil engineering firm PAS NW has been awarded a groundworks, roads, and sewers contracts for Eccleston Homes’ Centurion Park development in Thornton Cleveleys.

This is a major milestone for PAS NW as it marks the beginning of a new partnership with Eccleston Homes, a leading developer of energy-efficient, high-quality residential homes.

The Centurion Park site, located on Fleetwood Road North in Thornton Cleveleys, will offer modern, energy-efficient homes designed to blend seamlessly with the local environment.

The 154-unit development is set to meet the growing demand for sustainable housing in the area, with a focus on enhancing the community’s quality of life.

The works at Centurion Park will involve extensive preparation of the site’s infrastructure, including roads, sewers, and essential groundwork to support the development and ongoing transformation of Thornton Cleveleys.

This news comes hot on the heels of three other site wins in the space of two months with PAS securing schemes in Coppull, Wrexham and Barton.

PAS said it is on target to hit £50m turnover in five years, a figure which currently stands at £34m.
