£80m ‘design-forward’ TRIBE hotel opens at airport
TRIBE Manchester Airport is the latest new hotel to open close to the terminals.
Describing itself as a ‘design-forward hotel’ it has 412 rooms and an impressive £80m design,
TRIBE says it offers travellers a lifestyle-focused experience.
The hotel is infused with natural light, thanks to its stunning central atrium. Guests can choose between Essential rooms starting from £115 and larger Extra rooms from £155, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, Nespresso machines, luxury toiletries by Kevin Murphy, and spacious under-bed storage.
The ground floor boasts the Italian-inspired TRIBE Table restaurant and a 220-seat bar.
For those on the go, the ‘grab and go’ coffee shop corner serves freshly brewed coffees and pastries for a quick bite.
Additional features include a fully equipped gym, and exciting plans for a retail shop coming soon.
It says, with ‘Manc-inspired artwork’ and thoughtful touches designed for modern travellers, TRIBE adds a unique flair to Manchester’s hotel scene.
Work originally began on a two-year programme to build the hotel in February 2022, through MY Construction.
Built at the foot of the £6m pedestrian and cycle bridge connecting Airport City with Wythenshawe, TRIBE forms part of the wider hotel district which comprises a cluster of nine new properties offering more than 2,400 new hotel rooms.
