Work starts on Lancashire housing scheme set to deliver 47 homes
Warrington-based civil engineering contractor, PAS NW, has started work on a major housing development at Cardwell Farm, located five miles north of Preston city centre.
The Pinfold Manor project, overseen by Wain Homes, PAS NW’s new client, is set to transform the 23.4-acre site off Garstang Road into a thriving new community.
The PAS NW phase of the development involves the construction of 47 homes, which the company says is a cornerstone of Wain Homes’ commitment to expanding the local housing stock with a mix of quality two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
PAS NW has been contracted to deliver the essential groundwork and infrastructure for the site, laying the foundation for the successful development of the housing scheme.

“Our client is committed to delivering homes for people who need them and our works are well on the way to hitting that objective for the developer and the people of Preston.”
The project at Cardwell Farm is expected to play a key role in supporting Preston’s growing demand for new homes, with construction set to proceed over the coming months.
PAS NW is the principal contractor on the scheme.
