CBRE team doubles space with new Liverpool office move

Property consultants CBRE have re-committed to the city for a further decade by doubling their office footprint at 4 St Paul’s Square to accommodate continued growth.

The team has relocated from the 6th floor to the 5th floor, taking almost 5,000 sq ft of space, reflecting growing employee numbers from 17 to 38 in the last five years.

The company’s work with the public sector has seen the most significant growth in recent years, providing strategic advice to education providers, such as Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, University of Liverpool and the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, together with local authority clients including Liverpool CC, Wirral BC, St Helens BC, Cheshire West & Chester, Sefton BC and Knowsley BC.

The multi-service team works with high profile clients and projects including the Royal Liver Building, Liverpool Waters (Peel), The Spine (LCC), The Plaza  (Bruntwood Sci-tech), Littlewood’s Film Studios (Capital & Centric), BT, The football Pools, Merseyside Pension Fund Portfolio, Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool One (Grosvenor) and more.

The new office was designed by CBRE’s Director of Architecture, Darius Baniabassian and project managed by CBRE’s Liverpool Project Management team, led by Neil Rogers.
