Property agent Roger Hannah acquires lease specialist Kelsall Williams

Commercial property consultancy Roger Hannah has boosted its lease advisory team with the acquisition of Kelsall Williams, a Commercial Property Lease Consultancy practice based in central Manchester.

John Kelsall, who brings over three decades of experience in the property industry and is the founder of Kelsall Williams, will remain with Roger Hannah as a Director for the foreseeable future. He will continue to play a key role overseeing the merged business and developing future opportunities, whilst continuing to service the existing Kelsall Williams’ client base.

He will also be working closely with Joe Wilkinson, a senior member of the Lease Advisory team at Roger Hannah, to facilitate a smooth integration of Kelsall Williams into the business.

Described as full service property consultancy and surveying practice, it was founded in 1979 in Manchester by Roger Hannah, who led the business until his retirement in 2011 and passed away in 2021.
