BURY-based law firm Clough & Willis have lured private client solicitor Helen Webster from Leeds firm Walker Morris.

Webster, 31, who will head up the firm’s private client department, said: “I worked at a very large firm for quite a few years which provided me with some valuable knowledge and expertise.

“However, I was ready to use what I’d learned in a more boutique practice where I knew I could really make my mark. Clough & Willis has a great reputation and I’m looking forward to working with the whole team to really build on its name and the talents we have here.”

Shefali Talukdar, managing partner of Clough & Willis, said: “Private client work is a major part of our business so Helen’s appointment is a real boost for the whole team. Her experience is first class and I’m sure she will add real value to an already fired-up team.”
