Bruntwood marketing executive builds new future

A MARKETING executive from property giant Bruntwood is leaving the company to establish his own consultancy.
Matt Leigh intends to offer a a complete marketing consultancy service to companies wishing to develop their product and brand marketing strategy, as well as providing a variety of more tactical services including copy writing and PR, design and print management and online delivery.
His new company, which will operate from premises in Bolton, will be called Matt Leigh Industries.
It will specialise in commercial property marketing while also providing services to companies outside of that sector.
He said: “Having gained so much experience with Bruntwood, the time now feels right to set up on my own, providing consultancy, project management and practical day-to-day delivery across the entire marketing mix.
“In times likes these, it’s important businesses remain focused on their marketing and I’ll be in a strong position to provide cost effective solutions to those organisations looking to create brand new, or enhance existing, marketing strategy.
“I’ve been exposed to a huge amount during my career so far, not all of it property related.
“At Bruntwood I’ve had the privilege of working with a range of organisations such as: Heathcotes, The Commonwealth Games, The Royal Exchange, Cow Parade, West Yorkshire Playhouse and The Piccadilly Partnership, all of which has helped develop my practical, commercial and creative approach to marketing.
“Indeed, whilst products and their target audiences may differ, the fundamental principles of marketing remain the same.”
Matt Leigh will be leaving Bruntwood on March 31 with Matt Leigh Industries becoming fully operational in April.
