ICE wins string of health jobs

WIRRAL-based marketing and communications agency ICE has won a string of public sector contracts in Coventry.

The company will be working alongside NHS Coventry to promote physical activity following its delivery of the Big Pledge – an anti-smoking initiative.

It is also managing a social marketing campaign to highlight the dangers of drinking alcohol during pregnancy, a GP health services information pack and an internal video project.

ICE has also been named as a preferred supplier for full creative and design services to Coventry City Council and recently completed research into preventative health services, such as childhood immunisations and vaccinations.

ICE’s social marketing specialist Aaron Garside, said: “Each of these projects reinforce our strong partnership working in Coventry and the faith both the NHS Trust and council have in us to deliver projects which are making a lasting impact on local communities.

“The Big Pledge, for instance, brought together our expertise in creative services, strategic communications and social marketing. More than 900 people visited the team on the Big Pledge Bus for information and advice during this two week campaign, and 850 people registered to take part in its stop smoking challenge, and we’re looking forward to continuing to make a difference to people’s quality of life in the future.”
