Leonard Curtis opens Preston base

CORPORATE recovery and restructuring firm Leonard Curtis has expanded its operations in the region.
The firm, which has offices in Manchester and Bury, has opened a unit at Roundhouse Property’s South Rings Business Park.
A 10-year lease on a 1,400 sq ft unit has been agreed. The opening of the Preston office is part of the firm’s wider national expansion programme. Leonard Curtis also has bases in London, Birmingham and Bristol and employs over 140 people.
Mark Delaney, director for Lancashire, said: “The new Lancashire office is in a convenient and central location and makes our services much more accessible to companies based, not only in Lancashire, but in Merseyside and Cumbria too.”
Developer Roundhouse will also be based at South Rings. Director Jeremy Lefton said: “We’re confident that we’ll have the same success here as we have had at our sister site – South Preston Office Village, which now only has one unit available – and in this hard market that is a good achievement.”
