FRC Packaging sold out of administration
A PALLET and packing case company based in Oldham has been sold out of administration saving 30 jobs.
FRC Packaging – which stands for Factory Reconstruction Company – was established in Oldham in 1941.
The company was placed in administration on April 14 with Christopher Ratten and Jeremy Woodside of RSM Tenon appointed joint administrators.
RSM Tenon has now confirmed to TheBusinessDesk.com that the company has been successfully sold.
