Appointments: Tipton Training continues to grow; NWAA flies high with new recruits;
DENTISTRY skills company Tipton Training has made two new appointments to support its expansion plans.

DENTISTRY skills company Tipton Training has made two new appointments to support its expansion plans.

The company provides specialist restorative and cosmetic dental training courses throughout Britain.

Trisha Wason, 21, joins as the company’s academy manager and Vivek Gupta, 29, becomes business development manager.

Chief executive Simon Williams said: “The appointments of Trisha and Vivek will strengthen our professional team, enabling us to offer programmes for continuous improvement to our existing Alumni and to dentists in new markets.  

“Our professional services offering will build on our reputation for delivering quality results to members of the dental profession.”

The appointments follows a strong trading performance for Tipton Training which has grown by 12% over the last year.

THE North West Aerospace Alliance has recruited eight new members of staff.

Neil Booth has joined the NWAA as commodity group co-ordinator, and Diane Lee as commodity group manager. Mark Roberts joins as innovation manager, and Debbie Robinson as receptionist.

Paula Stell has been recruited as project manager for shared services, and Malachy O’Conner as innovation co-ordinator.

All six staff will be based at the NWAA’s Bamber Bridge office.

Programme co-ordinator Stephanie Haworth and project co-ordinator for skills Barbora Miklikova will work out of the NWAA’s headquarters in Nelson.

Martin Wright, chief executive of the NWAA, said: “The NWAA has continued to invest in new people and skills during some difficult times, and this will ensure we are in a strong position as we move forward.”
