Ryanair adds Spanish summer routes from JLA

BUDGET airline Ryanair has announced that it is to add two new summer routes from Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport.

The firm will begin flights from March 25 to Barcelona and to Almeria in Spain. Ryanair said it is the first time that either route has been served from Liverpool.

Robin Tudor, head of PR for Peel Airports, said: “These are two great new destinations that will further complement Ryanair’s comprehensive list of routes from Liverpool.

“This remains their second largest UK base, with 40 destinations available from here and we expect these two new routes to prove popular with passengers across the region.”
