Bruton Knowles enters the Manchester market

PROPERTY consultancy Bruton Knowles has opened an office in central Manchester to capitalise on opportunities in the city’s commercial property market.
It will be headed by James Bailey, who also leads the firm’s Nottingham office, and he will be supported by partner Nigel Billingsley.
Gloucester-based Bruton Knowles said the team will focus on commercial property and leisure services, compulsory purchase order and compensation advice for clients across the public, private and utility sectors.
Patrick Downes, operations partner at Bruton Knowles, said: “Our move into Manchester is a challenging but logical next step. We already work for a number of clients in Manchester and across the region and by having a permanent presence here we will be able to capitalise on opportunities presented by the upturn.”
Bruton Knowles has eight other offices in Nottingham, Birmingham, Northallerton, Gloucester, Cardiff, Taunton, Guildford and London.
