Knowsley offices up for grabs

LIVERPOOL-based property agent Mason Owen has been instructed to market the 35,000 sq ft V7 building in Kings Business Park, Knowsley.

V7, formerly occupied by CSC Computers, is up for sale or rent by its owners Urban Generation whose shareholders are a group of property investors.
