Vale Mill units up for sale

WINTERHILL Largo has been instructed to sell four factory units at Vale Mill Business Park on Emerald Street in Blackburn.
The units, which range from 4,000 sq ft to 5,200 sq ft, are available individually or as a whole on a long leasehold basis. Each unit comprises an element of office, as well as warehousing or factory space making them suitable for a variety of uses from trade counter to business space.
David Currie of Winterhill Largo said: “These are really impressive, brand new units on a modern industrial estate, which is conveniently located for the M65 motorway. We’re looking for offers of around £900,000 for the four units but will be glad to consider offers for the individual units.”
Blackburn-based Winterhill Largo has also been appointed by administrators two sell two buildings in Birkenhead.
The former 18,000 sq ft site of the Royal Extrusions double glazing company, on Prenton Way on the North Cheshire Trading Estate, has been put up for sale after the business went into administration. Winterhill Largo is looking for offers of £450,000 for the property, which sits on a 1.3-acre site.
Mr Currie said: “The property is suitable for modern warehouse or industrial use and is extremely well located. It is only four miles from Birkenhead and within six miles of Liverpool city centre, as well as being very close to junction 3 of the M53 motorway.”
The other Birkenhead property is a 3,500 sq ft new-build, two-storey office block at 2 Priory Mews, Monks Ferry. The building, which is close to the Hamilton Square riverfront scheme, is on the market for £250,000.
