Property round-up: Peel’s five in five & more

PEEL Land and Property has let five units in as many months at sites in Salford Quays and Trafford Park.
The lettings, totalling almost 10,400sq ft comprise:
Unit 28 Kansas Avenue, a 3,100sq ft. unit at Salford Quays to Inclusive Training Services Ltd on a four-year lease;
Unit A Sundance Court, an additional 3,905sq ft unit at Salford Quays to Karma Foods on a 10-year lease;
Unit L3 Cody Court, a 1,033sq ft. unit at Salford Quays to Prometric Ltd on a five-year lease.
Unit L2 Cody Court a 1,033sq ft unit at Salford Quays to Thomas Gough Ltd on a three- year lease and unit 21 The Bridgewater Centre, a 1,328 sq.ft. unit at Trafford Park to The Marmalade Tree on a three-year lease.

TFC, the Manchester commercial property advisers and agent, has let
220 Higher Road, Urmston, to Zone Partnership, a building and maintenance contractor, for its new HQ.
The 3,500 sq ft building on ground and first floors has been taken on a five-year lease.
Ben Fallows of TFC who acted for the private landlord said: “This letting reflects the continuing demand for small self-contained office buildings in the Trafford area.”
Geoff Dowdall of Zone Partnership said: “This move will help support the continued growth of our business and is a further commitment by the group to this area of Manchester. We are a national contractor with a strong Manchester background and look forward to a long and successful stay in our new head office.
TFC acted for the private landlord in the letting.
