Exchange Quay has £32.5m price tag

EXCHANGE Quay, a collection of seven office blocks at Salford Quays, has been put on the market for £32.5m.
Savills has been appointed to handle the sale on behalf of the Exchange Quay Master Trust.
It says the asking price reflects a capital value per sq ft of £75.
The office park has a total floor area of 433,637 sq ft with floorplates ranging in size from less than 1,000 sq ft to 12,300 sq ft. It also has 2,149 car parking spaces.
Current tenants, including Sage UK, Barclays and Scottish Equitable, deliver annual rental income of more than £4m.
