Property briefs: Hurstwood homes, Christie + Co, and VitalSpace

MANCHESTER developer Hurstwood has won planning consent for a new residential development at the Greensnook farmhouse site in Bacup.
The plans, approved by Rossendale Borough Council, allow for seven four-bedroom houses.
The site, owned by sister company Crystal, is occupied by a former farmhouse and outbuildings which will be deolished.
Crystal Chairman Stephen Ashworth said: “We are pleased that Rossendale Borough Council has finally accepted our proposals for this site. The current farm buildings are vacant and in a state of disrepair. We feel that the new homes will be a huge boost to Bacup.”
The site is at the higher end of Greensnook Lane, around half a mile from Bacup town centre.
