26 jobs saved at aerospace firm

SOME 26 jobs have been protected at a Manchester aircraft repairs firm after it went through a pre-pack administration.
Administrators from RSM Tenon in Manchester were appointed to Aeroco Components at the end of January.
It has since been sold to Aeroco Group International, which is owned by William Sheil.
He is also the majority shareholder of the failed business through a holding company called Aeroco Group.
Aeroco is based at Manchester Airport and carries out repairs to commercial aircraft. In a brief statement Chris Ratten and Jeremy Woodside of RSM Tenon said: “The administrators have successfully marketed and sold the business to Aeroco Group International Limited resulting in all jobs at the firm being safeguarded meaning that all 26 staff avoided redundancy.”
