MAG rings changes in property team

MANCHESTER Airports Group has announced high-level changes to its property team.

Long-serving John Atkins has been tasked with leading the entire group property portfolio across Manchester, East Midlands, Stansted and Bournemouth airports.

The group’s £350m+ portfolio comprises more than 200 properties across 5,000 acres of land, with more than 800 customers.

Previously Mr Atkins was director of the Airport City development at Manchester, which has recently won outline planning permission.

He will be replaced by Karen Campbell as Airport City director. Karen joins MAG from Lend Lease where she was executive general manager and brings with her a wealth of experience across development, leasing and asset management.

Last month Stephanie Mullenger, general manager, property, announced her resignation from MAG to “pursue other challenges in the property market.”
