Hill Dickinson wins healthcare panel place

LAW firm Hill Dickinson’s specialist healthcare team has been appointed to a panel providing legal services to NHS procurement organisations.

The Liverpool-based firm, which has offices in Chester and Manchester, is one of eight appointed to the North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) framework agreement which enables member organisations access to law firms which offer compliance, free advice and value for money.

The firm’s head of healthcare, Lawford Martin, said: “This framework will enable NHS organisations to access high quality advice at competitive rates and we will also be offering free legal training and workshops for members.

“We work directly with many NHS organisations at present and we believe that being represented on the panel for the North of England Framework will further secure our reputation as one of the North’s leading healthcare teams.”

Steve Sercombe, corporate procurement director at NOE CPC, said: “By aggregating our member’s requirements for these services we have been able to deliver a highly competitive agreement which meets the specific needs of healthcare organisations.

“This panel of eight leading law firms have been appointed and we look forward to working with those organisations to ensure the cost effective delivery of these services to NHS.”
